Competence framework – developing your change capability
Understanding the current capability of the community and their priority (and longer term) development needs is an important first step in moving the capability to the desired level.
This can be achieved by:
- assessing your change capability
- developing learning and / or career pathways for your change community
- agreeing individual development pathways to accelerate progress
- focusing development investment by providing ‘scaffolding’ to ensure the development is maximised.
CITI has supported clients in building and enhancing their organisational PPM and change capability. We will bring proven expertise and value to your capability enhancement initiative.
