F2.0 Project initiation

CITI describes the project lifecycle as four phases, the first phase of which is the project initiation phase.  This topic will introduce the concepts of why initiation is so important to the overall success of a project. It will help you to understand what the project is about and what it is intended to achieve in terms of benefits and outcomes. We will cover the key tasks and outputs in the phase.
