This section of learning is aimed at personal development and skills. Projects from one perspective are a vehicle for dealing with complexity. We will explore CITI’s complexity S curve together. We will differentiate complexity from complication and look at basic approaches to dealing with complication.

By the end of this session participants will be able to:

differentiate between complicated and complex situations
choose appropriate mechanisms to manage complication.
