Course description
This advanced virtual course focuses on applying project planning and control techniques within complex delivery environments. Participants will develop the ability to interpret project requirements, apply appropriate planning and scheduling approaches, and proactively monitor and control project performance.
Aligned to recognised APMG-based guidance, the course is designed to strengthen practical capability—enabling learners to move beyond understanding to effective application of tools and techniques within project support and delivery teams.
Learning outcomes

- Apply planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control techniques in real project scenarios
- Interpret and assess project requirements to develop effective plans and schedules
- Analyse project performance data to support proactive decision-making and control
- Evaluate and tailor planning and control approaches to suit different project contexts
- Apply key tools and techniques independently within a project support or delivery environment.
