Course description
This interactive virtual course explores the core concepts of change management, combining theory with real-world application. Learners will gain an understanding of how organisations prepare for, manage, and sustain change, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and change delivery practices.
The course draws on the recognised APMG body of knowledge and provides a structured foundation for those involved in or supporting change initiatives across the organisation.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand how change impacts individuals, teams, and organisations
- Recognise key models, theories, and approaches to change management
- Apply fundamental principles of stakeholder engagement and communication
- Describe the roles, responsibilities, and processes involved in managing change

Study time
