We are excited to introduce to our latest Beyond Method® innovation; a digital online Project Management resource and learning centre for colleagues working within projects.
CITI have thought differently about projects and change and how to provide accessible, engaging learning for future generations who want to learn differently.
- Aligns with CITI’s Beyond Method® Spiral Curriculum providing an environment where people can learn and make project decisions for themselves and their organisations. We start at foundation level, then moving up to intermediate level, revisiting the same topics with greater breadth and depth.
- Is both educational and highly relatable to real business practices. An example case study weaves its way through each stage of the Project Lifecyle, providing learning opportunities and practice activities on subjects such as risk management, stakeholder mapping, RACI etc,.
- Suits new ways of working with individuals able to access bite-sized, self-paced interactive learning on any electronic device
- Provides access to ‘Just in time’ learning when it is needed
- Is an opportunity for those new to project management or those looking for a refresher, to experience an end-to-end comprehensive, self-paced learning curriculum

YourCITI Project Space has been developed to meet accessibility standards for all, on a platform that is managed by CITI where you don’t need to worry about updates or maintenance – we will manage that on your behalf. It will grow into a comprehensive resource centre with input from our partners to ensure that it meets the exact needs of our community of professionals.
