Building trust & rapport

This section of learning is aimed at management and team development.  All of these learning titles are to help you become a proficient manager, be more confident in your role and support you and your team to deliver change and projects successfully.  These are the intermediate level byte sized learning sessions and many titles are pertinent to all levels. All sessions will require reflection, participation and embedding of techniques in the real world to ensure you, your team and your organisation gain value from the learning intervention.  Engagement is key.
