The CVL Orchestrating Talent programme is a competence based curriculum of byte-sized (usually two hour sessions), virtual learning interventions that support technical knowledge acquisition and personal development/leadership enablement.

The individual Orchestrating Talent interventions are live sessions with no more than 10 people on a session, ensuring sufficient discussion and interaction time. The topics are focused on Leadership, Change, Projects and Programmes and Skills development. Models and practical tools will be used and shared to ensure participants are able to immediately embed and start using their learning effectively in their workplace.
