TALENT
The CVL Orchestrating Talent programme is a competence based curriculum of byte-sized (usually two hour sessions), virtual learning interventions that support technical knowledge acquisition and personal development/leadership enablement.
These highly engaging sessions are delivered by experienced facilitators and consultants covering more than fifty categories that we have found to be hot topics within the change and project profession as well as leadership and management development.

REFLECT
We understand how busy the working day can be and how we sometimes want to refine specific skills or knowledge that we have not used in a while or remind ourselves of good or new practices but prefer to collaborate and work with an expert and other like-minded people to gain a more immersive, richer learning experience.
LEARN
The individual Orchestrating Talent interventions are live sessions with no more than 10 people on a session, ensuring sufficient discussion and interaction time. The topics are focused on Leadership, Change, Projects and Programmes and Skills development. Models and practical tools will be used and shared to ensure participants are able to immediately embed and start using their learning effectively in their workplace.

Our Orchestrating Talent programme is a component of our wider and well used Beyond Method curriculum supporting the learning needs of people working in organisational change, the project profession and leadership to access focused and competence based areas of learning in a fun, focused, sustainable and manageable way.
Technical development
This section of learning is aimed at personal development and skills. All of these knowledge and skills based learning titles are to help you communicate, become more confident and support your development in Change and projects delivery. These are the foundation level byte sized learning sessions however, pertinent to all. All sessions will require some reflection, participation and embedding of techniques in the real world to ensure you and your organisation gain value from the learning intervention.
